Jessica Bramhall

Board Member

Jess Bramhall is a Managing Director of Internal Audit at Charles Schwab based in Denver, Colorado where she oversees the planning, execution, and reporting of corporate and risk management internal audits for the company. Prior to Schwab, she was part of the internal audit group at Janus Henderson.

Prior to that, she was senior manager within the Climate Change and Sustainability Service’s (CCaSS) practice at Ernst & Young LLP for two years where she specialized in sustainability reporting and assurance; and conflict minerals advisory and assurance services. She is GRI certified and has presented and/or participated at various venues such as the University of Colorado, the University of Denver, the International Air Transport Association, the 2011 Cornell Sustainability Roundtable, and the 2012 NYC Greenbiz Forum.

Prior to EY, Jessica spent more than 8 years within Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Enteprise Risk Services Group, where she specialized in SOX audits and operational internal audits across a variety of industries.

Jess earned a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, majoring in Integrated Science & Technology with a concentration in Environmental Science & Engineering and Manufacturing. She holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
