It is with a heavy heart that we announce the restructure of the National Foundation to End Child Abuse and Neglect. Despite our dedicated efforts over the past 7 years to address the stagnation in the field of child abuse and neglect, the insufficient increase in funding for our initiatives has made it increasingly difficult for us to scale our organization and carry out our vital work.
We are committed to passing on our knowledge and initiatives to our colleagues and peers in the field. Your support and contributions to this work were invaluable and truly made a difference. We have reached hundreds of thousands of people internationally. We’ve expanded this discussion, infiltrated communities far and wide and have truly been honored with the impact we’ve made. Often times, funding and change do not align, and we are honored to have made the change we have.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us on this journey, and we remain hopeful that the collective efforts of the broader community will continue to make strides in addressing child abuse and neglect.

Well-being & prevention
EndCAN is creating a cycle of well-being and prevention
We’re here to create a better future—one that improves the existing, fractured system, strengthens prevention, and fully supports survivors. This work takes all of us. Join our community of survivors, thrivers, transcenders, and allies as we build a future free from child abuse and neglect.
Take action
Child abuse and neglect is a difficult topic. But to create a future free from it, we need to engage with candor, and without fear. When we share our truths, our stories, and our hope, we do the important work of breaking the stigma.
